Attentat / The Raid
15-year-old Gustav is vegan and straight edge in 90s Umeå. One night, he follows his friend Zeke, full of hatred against the meat industry, to the town's slaughterhouse with gasoline-filled bottles. It will be a night that changes Gustav forever.

Johannes Persson (b.1979) is a Swedish director and screenwriter who made a big splash in Sweden with the horror film Feed in 2022, which was also awarded the Guldbaggen Audience Prize.
Attentat is inspired by his upbringing in Umeå's hardcore scene during the 90s.
The film is produced by Lampray AB in co-production with IGH, Swedish Television & Filmpool Nord. With support from Film i Västerbotten, Nordnorsk Filmsenter & The Swedish Film Institute.
