True Artist
Yoshi is about to make one last attempt at becoming an artist in New York, but first, he must explain to his 11-year-old son that the boy will be left behind in Tokyo. This doesn’t go as planned - who knows what Yoshi had in mind?

Viktor Johansson has previously directed the feature films “Under Gottsunda”, “Himmel över Flogsta”, “Inside the Diamond”, and “Windows”, which explore the boundary between fiction and documentary. “True Artist” competes in Startsladden 2025 at Gothenburg Film Festival. His new feature "The Sequel to Summer Rain" also has premiere at the festival. Viktor is besides filmmaking active as a poet and novelist.
